Launched in July 2007, the first Bhaya cruise ship features twenty luxurious cabins furnished in classical style. The ship can accommodate up to 40 passengers for either 1day/2nights cruise or 3days/2nights cruise in Halong Bay. In November 2008, Bhaya will be accompanied by the launch of her sister ship. Together, the two ships offer 40 luxurious cabins and suites and an exciting array of activities and facilities for you to enjoy as you discover the scenic delights of Halong Bay.

Children Policy:

Only one child under 5 can share the cabin with parents, free of charge.

Children aged from 6 -11 will stay at another cabin with 75% charge of adult price.

Children from 12 years old will be charged as the same as adults.

Liability Conditions:

Bhaya Cruises is a cruise operator and as such passengers may encounter personal and physical discomfort or risks. Bhaya Cruises expects every passenger to board the vessel to fully understand the risks involved and is prepared to accept that those risks form part of the nature of the charter. Management and Crew of the vessel undertake to provide every possible and reasonable precaution and to take all due care in the course of its operation, however, responsibility for illness, accident, death or property damage or loss, lies with the passenger.

Bhaya Cruises will also not be held liable for any breach of contract caused directly or indirectly by civil unrest, an act of God or natural disaster, force majeure, industrial dispute or war.

Advance registration is required with full name, date of birth, nationality, passport number, visa expiry date for all passengers.
Surcharge of 25% will be added for cruises on December 24 & 31 and Lunar New Year Eve.
A valid passport is required upon check-in on board. Children whose traveling documents are attached to parent’s passport must travel with the parent.
